Restocking Fee

15% Restocking fee on all returns
Returned Goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover for warehouse handling and repackaging costs. This does not apply to damaged and/or defective goods.

No Restocking fee for Defects

If the item is defective, broken, or malfunctioning due to manufacturer error, there will be no restocking fee; instead, you will get a store credit against the value of the purchased item. The defective item must be brought back within 21 days, 30 days for contractors and partners.

Non-Refundable/Returnable Items

To ensure safety, health and security for all our employees and customers, K&B refuses to issue refunds and/or refunds for the following items:

Opened or used hygiene products such as bidets, toilet seat,s and other sanitary plumbing fixtures.

Plumbing Tools such as Crimpers, PEX Pipe cutters, Silicone guns etc.

Opened plumbing adhesives, sealants, silicones and/or any chemicals etc.

Items not purchased directly from K&B (i.e. third-party resellers)

Custom orders, cut to size items or materials and other specialty goods.

Items installed or altered after purchase.

Clearance, discounted and/or Final Sales items.

Items gifted by the store staff such as but not limited to: a complimentary Silicone, drill bits etc.

For Partners and Contractors

We here at KS Plumbing & Home Supply understand that contractors and builders work in harsh, dusty, humid and messy conditions and sometimes stuff just sits in the jobsite or in the van. That’s why to give contractors as ease of mind, K&B offer some extra flexibility for our registered contractors and partners:

Extended Return Period for Account Holders
Contractors registered with KS Plumbing & Home Supply may receive an extended return window of 30 days, subject to restocking fees, does not apply for tools.

Open Box Acceptability
If the packaging of the item has been opened but remains fully functional, KS Plumbing & Home Supply may accept the return under the discretion of the manager or the salesperson. The return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase, either receipts or account records, does not apply to tools.

Bulk Restocking Waivers
For large-volume purchases, which have been returned and are in full functioning order or is unopened, restocking fees may be waived or reduced depending on the quantity and the item’s potential to be resold.

Delivery

For Freight in and Out:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is KS Plumbing & Home Supply,s error such as wrong item as delivered instead of the desired one.

 Refusal of Returns

KS Plumbing & Home Supply has a right to deny any returns that:

Lacks Proof of Purchase.

Is returned beyond the eligible period.

Shows signs of use but not limited to tampering, altering, damage or installation.

Is deemed not worthy to be resold by the manager or the salesperson.
